Chicken with Worcestershire Sauce Stir-Fry on Maitake Mushrooms and Bean Sprouts

Chicken with Worcestershire Sauce Stir-Fry on Maitake Mushrooms and Bean Sprouts

Cooking Instructions

Wash the bean sprouts and drain them in a colander. Tear the maitake mushrooms into slightly thicker pieces than the bean sprouts.

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and cook in a non-stick frying pan, starting with the skin side down, until golden brown and crispy.

Once the chicken is nicely colored and cooked through, transfer it to a plate, leaving the fat in the pan.

Using the fat from the chicken, stir-fry the maitake mushrooms and bean sprouts over high heat until crispy. Lightly season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then spread evenly on a serving plate.

Return the chicken to the frying pan and season with Worcestershire sauce. Finish over high heat to bring out the aroma of the sauce.

Place the sauce-coated chicken on top of the stir-fried bean sprouts and maitake mushrooms, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and it's ready to serve!
