Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cupall-purpose flour/farari (gluten free)
  2. 1 cupwheat flour
  3. 2 tbspcooking oil,
  4. 1/4chopped finely green capsicum, one potato 🥔 grated and chopped
  5. Grated one carrot 🥕 and finely chopped,
  6. 500 mlMilk
  7. Salt, sugar and pepper to taste
  8. leavesFinely chopped coriander

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl combine all flour add salt, sugar and pepper, add the chopped vegetables

  2. 2

    Add milk, oil and whisk till smooth
    And a bit runny,

  3. 3

    Heat the pan and sprinkle with little oil and pour your mixture and move your pan so that the mixture can spread nicely in the pan,

  4. 4

    Sprinkle some oil in the edges and flip it before it burn, and sprinkle some oil when cooked nicely remove and repeat the same with remaining mixture,

  5. 5

    Serve with yogurt and green chutney (blended coriander leaves,lemon juice,salt and green chillies, and little water)
