Ingredients

3 people
  1. Chicken (enough for 3 people)
  2. 1avocado
  3. 2carrots
  4. Baby spinach (couple handfuls)
  5. Broccoli (just a little bit - 1 stem)
  6. Cabbage
  7. Olive oil
  8. White wine
  9. Salt and pepper
  10. Halfa lemon
  11. Yoghurt (thick / Greek)
  12. Balsamic vinegar

Cooking Instructions

    Wash chicken. Put olive oil in cooking pan/ roaster. Then add a glass of white wine. Then put chicken in with skin up. Season skin with lots of salt and some pepper.

    Preheat oven to 180deg. Put roaster in oven. Cook for 1 hour 15mins or until done.

    Make salad: finely chop all salad ingredients and grate the carrots. Add the avo, olive oil, some lemon and salt & pepper to the mix and mix it all up.

    Serve together and enjoy
