Ingredients

  1. 1thick slice of sourdough bread
  2. Spicy hummus homemade (see other recipy)or bought
  3. 1/2hass avocado
  4. 25 grGrey shrimps or a slice of smoked salmon
  5. 1 tblemonjuice
  6. A fewrucola leaves or alfalfa
  7. Tabasco

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Toast the bread

  2. 2

    Put the hummus on top

  3. 3

    Put the avocado on

  4. 4

    Add the lemonjuice and tabasco

  5. 5

    Put the shrimps on

  6. 6

    Finish with some rucola
