  1. 1/2 cupYellow moong dal
  2. 1/2 bottlegourd (lauki)
  3. 2tomato
  4. 2-3green chillies
  5. 1 tbspoil
  6. 1 tspcumin seeds
  7. 1/4 tsphing
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1 tspdhania powder
  10. 1/4 tsphaldi
  11. 1 tspgaram masala
  12. as per tastesalt
  13. 2 tbspcoriander

Cooking Instructions

    Soak yellow moong dal for 1/2 an hour. Chop all the veggies.

    In a pressure cooker add oil, hing & jeera. Then add soaked yellow moong dal, veggies & all the spices. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Add 1 cup water & pressure cook for 2-3 whistles.

  4. 4

    Once the pressure releases open the lid.. add coriander & mix well.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with chapati.
