One of my family's favorites. When I was a kid I remember picking strawberries in the fields and at lunch with would have these sandwiches. It was the first sandwich I remember eating. I should have been around 4 years old.

I don't know if this qualifys for a true recipe or not lol but I love pickle sandwiches. Call me weird but it's delicious. I wanna know how many will eat this. My husband thinks I'm nuts. lol 😋

The yolks would be runny the whites done. It set it on a plate and give me buttered toast with a bottle of steak sauce, sometimes with sausage or bacon. I have that recipe on here too. Except the yolk aren't runny. It's called a sandwich full of memories. On a couple of occasions Benny would cook tinned or canned corn beef. He fried it crispy. Added to a bowl add some Heinz 57 steak sauce or HP steak sauce. Served it on toasted bread. Kinda like a sloppy Joe but not so sloppy. This is dedicated to him, Benny.Thank you Benny!!!
