Prepare all your ingredients and measure them out. Wash the spinach and dry thoroughly.

Place the spinach, hazelnuts, salt, and Parmesan cheese in a blender or food processor. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil and blend until finely chopped. If the mixture is too dry, add a little more oil. The pesto is ready to use however you like.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, or freeze for longer storage.
