Take half kg of beef mince
Add in, 1 medium sized chopped onion, 3,4 green chilies chopped, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chili flakes, 2tbsp ginger garlic paste, a half tsp of all spice powder, roasted gram flour 2 tbsp
Make kebabs of your palm size n refrigerate - 2
In a wok, fry 1 chopped onion just make it pink not the brown crackle cumin in it add tamarind pulp 4 tbsp let it bhonify a little add some salt fry..Add green chilies then kebabs n keep on low flame

Garnish with green masala and sprinkle a pinch of garam masala.

Coal dum for bbq touch
Serve with roghni parathay or it taste best with poori and Aloo ki tarkari
