I learned how to cook fried chicken from my Dad. This is my twist on it.
Cooking Instructions

Cut Breasts into strips. Any size you want will work

Season chicken with the Bolner's Hamburger Deluxe or salt and pepper. You can also marinate chicken in buttermilk or worchestershire sauce prior to this.

Heat oil to 375 F in medium to large skillet. Iron works best.

Add flour to a gallon zip lock bag or bowl.. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of the Bolner's Hamburger Deluxe to the flour and mix.

Add chicken pieces carefully to hot oil and cook until golden brown, turning occasionally.

Place cooked chicken pieces on paper towels and keep warm in 170 degree oven until all are done.
