Clean the matumbo thoroughly then Pre-boil for 3-5hrs

In a pan, fry onion and dhania stems together. Add garlic and cook till fragrant.

Add tomatoes and spices. Add some water and let it cook for about 5 min.

Add the pre-boiled matumbo, add hot water to your liking and let it simmer. When done, garnish with dhania leaves.

Serve hot with rice, chapati or ugali
