Ingredients

  • stickRice
  • Butter
  • Shrimp
  • Ginger and garlic paste
  • White pepper
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Red, yellow, green pepper
  • Shrimp powder
  • cubesSeasoning
  • Crayfish powder
  • Spcies powder
  • Eggs
  • Onions
  • Spring onions
  • Soya sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot add water when its start to boil turn of the heat and add your rice stick allow to soft for like 5 to 6 minutes raise and put it inside a seive.

    Place your frying pan on your gas add butter whisk your eggs and fry pieces them and set aside.

  3. 3

    Wash and dice all your vegetables.

  4. 4

    In a pan add your butter when its melt add your shrimps and fry till golden brown add your ginger and garlic paste mix and add your white pepper.

  5. 5

    Add in your onions fry for a while then add your Scotch bonnet mixand allow to fry, pour in all your mixed peppers and fry.

  6. 6

    Add all your seasoning and spcies turn it and add your rice stick, add few drops of your soya sauce mix them very well.

  7. 7

    Add your fried eggs and spring onions check for your species and seasoning allow to steam for few minutes and its done.
