My mother came up with this idea to use up leftover Pork Pot Roast and it has turned out yummy 😊

Ingredients

30minutes
4-6 servings
  1. 3 C.Shredded Leftover Pork Pot Roast
  2. 1 Pkg.Homestyle Wide Noodles
  3. 1/2-1 C.Pork Pot Roast Broth
  4. 1Small Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  5. 2-3Tbsps. Garlic Powder
  6. 2tsps. Salt
  7. 3tsps. Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions

30minutes
  1. 1

    Fill a pot half full of water. Bring to a boil and once at a boil add a couple pinches of salt. Add the noodles and stir for a few minutes while boiling then lower heat and let simmer til noodles are tender bout 8 minutes or so. Drain water and add noodles back into pot. Set aside.

    Then add the broth, shredded pork roast, cream mushroom soup, and seasonings. Mix everything together and serve immediately and enjoy 😋.

    **Note***
    I like to serve this with Mashed Potatoes and/or Green Beans
