Ingredients

  1. Pork Roast
  2. 1 tspgarlic powder
  3. 1 tspdried oregano
  4. 1/2 tsprosemary
  5. 1 tspground black pepper
  6. 1/2 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Season as desired.

    Cook uncovered at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Reduce temperature down to 250 degrees Fahrenheit and cook covered for 1.5 hours or 30 minutes per pound.

  4. 4

    Slice to desired thickness.
