Ingredients

Salt, Chilli
2 clovesGinger
Small chunk of Garlic
1Egg
1 tbspLight Soy Sauce
1 tbspOyster Sauce
2 tbspChinese Cooking Wine (I used Regular Cooking Wine since I didn't have any Chinese Cooking Wine)
(Optional) Chicken Broth
Baby Bok Choy
Ground Pork
Ideally fresh noodle, otherwise normal noodle is fine

Dice the ginger, garlic and chilli

Heat up pan and put the ginger and garlic into it

Put the meat into the pan and cook until it's not pink anymore

Put the chilli into the pan

Put 2 tbsp into the pan

Put 1 tbsp of Soy Sauce and 1 tbsp of Oyster Sauce into the pan

Stir around then add a quarter cup of water into the pan and cook for a bit

Put the meat along with the sauce into a plate
9

Pour water (can add some chicken broth) into the pan
* MAKE SURE to NOT wash the pan

Once water is boiled, put noodle into the pan along with the egg

Wash the bok choy and put them into the pan when the noodle and egg are almost cooked
