Cooking Instructions

Peel the potatoes and wash them. Set aside

Cut the potatoes into disc shapes and set aside
- 3
Place the flour, spices, salt and baking powder ina bowl then add water and mix well
- 4
Grate the onions, garlic and ginger root then add to the above mixture. Mix well. Add the chopped coriander/ dhania and mix thoroughly

Add the potatoes and coat the potatoes
- 6
Heat oil in a pot on medium low heat. Give it a few minutes for it to be at the right temperature

Pick and drop each coated potato one at a time. Cook them until golden brown.

Remove from heat and set aside in a bowl that you lined with paper towels or old papers to absorb the excess oil
- 9
Serve as desired
