Ingredients

  1. 400 gmChicken boneless
  2. 1 tspGarlic mince
  3. 3 tbspRed Chilli powder
  4. 3 tbspOil
  5. 1 tspCumin powder
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 1 tspCoriander Seeds crushed
  8. 2Onions thinly sliced
  9. 2Tomatoes chopped
  10. 2Cucumbers sliced
  11. 1/4 cupchopped Coriander Leaves
  12. 1/4 cupTomato Ketchup
  13. 6-7Rotis or Parathas
  14. 1 cupFrench Fries

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan and add garlic mince.

    Next add the boneless chicken. Followed by all the spices. Saute all of that well. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes.

    Now in a parchment lined baking tray, spread the chicken pieces and roast in a preheated oven on 200° for 15 to 20 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander.

    For assembling, spread a thin layer of ketchup or any sauce of your choice. Place 3 tablespoons of chicken tikka masala. Top it up with cucumber slices and chopped tomatoes. Also add thinly sliced onions and fried finger chips.

    Serve it for a yummy breakfast.
