Grape Walnut Salad, only not the one you know
Cinnamon bacon brittle favorite salad dressings makes an awesome salad.
Cooking Instructions

Thinly slice the smoked pork. Add to a pan and cook it crisp. Take the crispy pork and set aside.

Drain the dripping save for another recipe. Add sugar to pan. Heat till just melting then add the bacon to the sugar. Add spices. Stir set aside to cool.

Do the same with the walnuts as you did for the bacon. Slice the grapes in half. Add the walnuts, lettuce, and grapes in a bowl.

Chop the bacon brittle up into pieces. Add the bacon and dressing to the bowl. Season and toss. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
