Ingredients

4 persons
  1. 1 cupmoong dal
  2. 2green chillies
  3. 2 inch "ginger piece
  4. 4garlic cloves
  5. 1/2 cupshredded spinach leaves
  6. 1/4 cupshredded methi leaves
  7. 1/4 cupchopped coriander leaves
  8. 1/4 tspcarom seeds
  9. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1/4 tspgaram madala powder
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 250 mloil for frying

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and soak moong dal for 2 hours.

    Strain,transfer to a grinder.Add green chillies,ginger and garlic.

    Grind semi coarse.Take out in a bowl.

    Add chopped onion,all leaves and spuces.Mix and add salt just before frying.

    Heat oil ina pan,take out a small ball sized batter,make round with the help of fingers,put in medium heated oil.

    Put all,do not disturb the pakodas for early few minutes.Flif after 2-3minutes.Fry till golden

    Take out and serve hot.
