It is a very different take on a regular stuffed paratha. You can savour it in breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Steps

Add onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and fresh coriander in a chopper and chop finely

Now add chicken mince to the chopped vegetables and add spices

Now add cheese to the mixture and mix thoroughly

Now take a dough ball and roll it in a round shape of a roti. Spread a teaspoon of clarrified butter and sprinkle dry flour on it

Now start folding it horizontaly in way that one layer comes on the top of another like a Japanese paper fan

Now roll the layered dough from inside to form a ball

Rest the layered dough balls for 5 mins and then roll a single ball in a round shape to make roti again

Spread filling on the roti and add another roti on top and seal it by pressing with hands gently

Now add the paratha on a heated pan and cook it without oil for 2-3 mins from both sides on a medium flame. Add oil and start frying the paratha from both sides one by one until it becomes golden brown and crispy
