I always marinate little bit chicken for no time cooking day. This practice made my life easy. You can store the marinated meat for future purpose also.

I always marinate little bit chicken for no time cooking day. This practice made my life easy. You can store the marinated meat for future purpose also.

Marinate chicken with Tandori masala, chili powder, black pepper, salt and ginger garlic paste. Keep a side for 15 mins and then shallow fry it in little bit oil.

Take 3 slices. We start from down to top. So on first one I spread mayonnaise, and then put chicken slices. When you put hot chicken slices on bottom slice, immediately put a slice of cheese. So it will get easily stick with chicken. Pour chili sauce on cheese slice.

In the middle means on 2nd slice, we will put Lettuce then Thin omelette. Make sure omelette should be thin. Put some onion rings or slices with tomato and cucumber slices. Put again little bit chili sauce. Spread thousand Island on the top slice and cover it on Second one.

Cut into 2 triangles and serve with fries or coleslaw.

Tip: If you would like to toast it lightly, do it but you need to serve hot.
