In a deep vessel,add oil,add slices of onion n tomato, then masala paste,fried it nicely till Rogan emerges...
Then add crushed kasoori,crushed dhania,n jeera roasted powder.... - 2
Now add crumbled chena,and after say,5 mins add garam masala add...prepared chaunk,n cover....Add Rogan while serving...
Serve with Naan,roti,rice...
