Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 5hanks Fresh Chinese noodles
  2. 25 gramsButter
  3. 1Corn on the cob
  4. 1/2Japanese leek
  5. 1Meat-miso
  6. 5Seasoned Soft-Boiled Eggs
  7. 500 gramsChar Siu
  8. 1Aji Moyashi
  9. 2 literPork soup
  10. For the miso sauce:
  11. 150 gramsMiso
  12. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  13. 1 tbspMirin
  14. 1 tbspOyster sauce
  15. 2 tbspShaoxing wine

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all the miso sauce ingredients and mix well. Cut the leeks into small pieces, soak in water, then drain well.

    Boil the noodles in a generous amount of water. While they boil, warm the bowls.

  3. 3

    Put 1.5-2 tablespoons miso sauce in each bowl, then pour in about 400 ml of the soup. Add the boiled noodles.

    Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
