Gluten-free Peach Crumble
Perfect dessert for fresh Peaches 🍑
Steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

For the Filling:
Mix peaches with 30 ml Sugar, Lemon Juice, and Cinnamon and place in the prepared baking dish. - 3
For the Crumble:
Mix Gluten-free Flour, Sugar and Salt. - 4
Rub the Margarine into the Flour micture, then add in the Corn Flakes.

Scatter Flour mixture on top of peaches and bake for 1 hour until golden brown.

Serve with Cream or Ice Cream.
