First fry your Biryani Rice with help of two teaspoon of ghee and soak the Rice in a plain water fir fifteen minutes. Keep it aside.

Take your cauliflower, peas, potato, carrot blench in hot water keep it aside..

Take a fry pan big size, pour so. E butter,and refined oil let them heat fir sometime then add your jeera, green chilli, sliced onion, capsicum, ginger,&garlic, add your desh patha, cinnamon, Elaichi, big jeera let them fry for sometime good aroma will come to your nose then add your remaining vegetables, immediately add a pinch of haldi, Biryani masala(homemade) after well cooked all your vegetables add one glass of milk and two glass of water and mix your water dipped Biryani Rice removing

Water from the Rice strain completely add slowly your prepared materials after some time add coconut milk, salt and transfer immediately into coated brass vessel

Pour everything adding remaining butter top with coriander leaves and dry nuts(fried) cover the Dum Biryani a proper lid and seal immediately with Atta make sure to keep

Heavy stone in upper lid let them cook about 15 minutes Nice aroma will touch your nose.. Either you can cook in a gas or coal type of system your wish. Enjoy the dish with onion raitha,
