In a Bowl Add softened Butter and Beat Until Light & Fluffy.

Add Caster Sugar & Brown sugar and beat for 3-5 mins.

Add milk and give it a good mix.

Now sieve All-purpose Flour, Cocoa Powder and Baking soda over it. (Add 1/4 tsp of salt at this stage if you are using unsalted butter)

Mix dry ingredints in wet ingredients, gradually do not over mix as gluten will develop & cookies will become hard. Use a spatula at this step.

Once the dough is combined add chocolate chunks and chips and mix well.

Now cling wrap the dough and refrigerate for 2 hrs for better results.

Once the dough is chilled, scoop out approx 1 tbsp of dough and form balls.

Place these balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper with a distance of 8-10 cms.

Now bake these at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for 12-15 mins.

Once the cookies are baked, let it cool on the baking tray for 10 mins and then on wire rack until it attains room temperature.

Then store it in an air tight container. It will remain good for 8-10 days.
