Wash and Soak rice, idli rice, sabudane, Poha, and methi for 8 hours.

Grind into a soft batter with help of water, add salt sugar allowed to formant. The format depends upon weather then spread S set dosa. After pouring the laddle ful don't spread much and cover it with a lid.
