Ingredients

45 minutes
3 to 4 servings
  • 500 gmswheat Flour
  • 150 mlwater(Lukewarm)
  • as per tasteSalt
  • As Requiredkasoori Methi (Crushed), Carom seed
  • 3 tbspDeshi ghee

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix wheat flour, salt, Kasoori methi, and carom seed.

  2. 2

    Now add ghee and mix all the things very well.

  3. 3

    Now take the flour in your and try to make Laddu.

  4. 4

    Now add a little bit of water and knead the dough (don’t add water at one time).

  5. 5

    Knead the dough and cover it with a muslin cloth.
    Leave the dough for rest at least 15 to 20 Minutes.

  6. 6

    After 15 minutes take the dough and make small balls of the dough.

  7. 7

    Spread it with the help of a rolling pin. Heat the oil and fry them.

  8. 8

    Poori is ready to Serve.
