Ingredients

30 minutes
  • 4Pav
  • For batter
  • 100 gmsGram flour
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli powder
  • pinchBaking soda
  • to tasteSalt
  • as required Water
  • For Vada
  • 3 tspOil
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1Chopped green chillies
  • as required Chopped ginger small piece
  • as required Curry leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • pinchHing
  • 2Boiled potatoes
  • As RequiredCoriander leaves

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl add gram flour and all the incrediance and water make a batter.

    In a Kadai add oil, mustard seeds, chilli, ginger, curry leaves, Turmeric powder, hing and salt saute few minutes and then add boiled potatoes and coriander leaves.

    In potatoes mixture. Take a small portion make a ball one by one. And put in batter and apply the batter all the sides.

    In a pan add oil put the Vada cook till light golden in colour in slow flame.

  5. 5

    Take a pav cut in center apply oneside coriander chutney. Another side apply peanut chutney. In centre put Vada.
