I thought of this idea when I was making Oreo brownies that I saw from a different baker on here. When I saw I had extra mix and a mini cupcake tin I thought about brownie bites. So easy to make and delicious as well. Good for kids lunches, on the go treat and for any special occasion.

These are fudgy, chewy and decadent. Absolutely delicious. The salted caramel on top isn't necessary, but it does take the cookies to a whole new level.
