Firstly to prepare dough for the roti take wheat flour in a mixing bowl add a pinch of salt, add required amount of water prepare medium soft dough, knead well, rest it for 15 minutes..pinch out equal portion dough ball,roll out thin and cook on both sides on medium hot pan...

Sabzi
heat up oil in deep sauce pan, add mustard seeds, let it splutter, now add cumin seeds, chopped onions, curry leaves saute until onions are translucent,now add in chopped capsicum, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt according to taste saute for a minute, add in 1/2 cup water, cover the lid &cook until done.. - 3
Take out the lid add in roughly powdered fried grams and pinch of sugar mix well, adjust the consistency(semi gravy), turn off the flame, garnish with chopped coriander leaves, serve hot with roti..enjoy your tasty meal
