Put milk kefir, water, yeast, sugar, olive oil and salt in the mix bowl. The stir to mix well. Add brown bread flour stir to mix it well and knead it. Form the dough into a ball, cover it for one hour or until double get the double size.

Release the gas out of the dough, put on the surface knead a few minutes, divide the dough into 10 parts. Form in to a small ball. Place on the baking tray, cover it.

Meanwhile preheat the oven, 210 C.
Mix the glaze put yeast, sugar, salt and rice flour stir to mix it. Then add olive oil and water, stir to mix well. Ready to glaze on the small ball. - 4
Bake it at 210 Degrees Celsius for 25-30 mins.
