Cheesy potato bread
Cooking Instructions

In the mixing bowl add flour, salt, baking powder, oil and water. Mix until there's no dry flour, add more water if needed.

Knead the dough for 4-5 minutes or until the dough is not sticky and springing back.

Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

In a pot, boil the potatoes and garlic for 20 minutes or until tender on medium heat.

While boiling the potato, fried the ham or bacon til crispy. Set aside

Once the potato cooked, transfer it to the bowl and mash it or if you have potato ricer, you can use that.

Once its smooth, add heavy cream and seasoning. Once it's mixed, add the ham.

Roll out the dough 3mm thick and 30-40cm wide.

Sprinkle the cheese as the base, spread the mashed potatoes on top and then top it again with more cheese.

Fold in the dough and seal the bread, once it's sealed roll it out a bit more.

Transfer the dough to the pan, cook it for 10 minutes each side on low heat.

Serve it warm
