For roti
Mix flour,oil and salt qnd knead the sof dough.Make a small from it,roll in and roast in a pan.Apply ghee on top of it - 2
For sabji
Heat a pan,add oil,add mustard seed when sputter add hing and,add potato and let it cook till it gets soft,then add parval and mix it properly. Cover it with lid and cook on a low flame and allow to cook by add little water. When it us cook add all masala and mix it properly and again Cover the lid and allow to cook for sometime.Your sabji ready - 3
For sambharo
Grate raw Papaya and carrot and roast it in oil by adding salt green chilli and mix it properly. Dont overcook - 4
For bhaji
Wash the bhaji and clean it properly and chopped it.Take a pan add oil add onion and saute it then add tomato and cook for sometime when oil seprates from the side add bhaji and mix it properly and add all masala and mix it well. Cook for sometime on a low flame. Cover the lid and check it bhaji is cooked - 5
For Sheero
Take a pan add ghee and add wheat flour and roast it properly till tit get aroma. When it is roasted properly add warm milk and mix it properly then add sugar and give a quick mix. Turn off the gas and mix it properly and garnish with dry fruits - 6
Arrange all.these in a thali and enjoy your gujarati thali.
