10 minutes
10 quiche tins
  • 600 gDouble Cream
  • 60 gCaster Sugar
  • 800 gChocolate drops
  • 180 gButter (Chopped)
  • 200 gMilk
  • 10blind baked sweet pastry cases

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Bring sugar and cream to boil

  2. 2

    Pour over chocolate and butter and stir until melted

  3. 3

    Mix in milk and split between blind baked pie cases

  4. 4

    Allow to set for 1 hour
