Steps

Wash rice, soak in water for 1 hour.

Take a deep bottom pan, add good amount of water, 1 tbsp salt & 1 tsp oil. Let the water boil.

Add rice now, cook it until until 80 percent cooked. Turn off the flame, strain rice, keep aside.

Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Add Rai, let it splutter.

In goes both dals, saute it until light brown.

Add in curry patta, stir it. Also add ginger now, saute it for a minute.

Now add dry red chilli & green chilli, saute it for a sec.

In goes nuts, stir fry it until light brown. Also add lil salt.

Turn off the flame, add haldi powder, mix it well. Now add lemon juice. (You can add very lil water to check the bitterness of lemon).

Turn on the flame, add rice, mix it well.

Sprinkle very lil water, cover it with the lid, lower the flame, cook it till done. Do not stir in between.

Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.

Can be served along with coconut chutney or any other accompaniment of your choice.

While adding haldi powder, here the oil must not be hot or haldi powder will be burnt.
