Blanch palak let it cool than grind it into fine puree

In a kadai add oil add chilli garlic ginger paste saute it until golden brown colour

Add spices and tomato puree cook till 5 minutes

Now add palak puree salt let it mix well let it cook for 10 minutes on medium flow flame

Fry diced paneer or can be dded as it is palak cover it and let it cook for 5 minutes,,,palak paneer is ready to serve

For Bhindi masala cut bhindi into long shape

In a pan add oil than add chilli garlic ginger paste saute it until golden brown than add bhindi cook it on high flame until brown

Now add spices potato and capsicum cover it and let it cook for 10 minutes

Now add crushed groundnuts salt mix well cover it and let it cook for 15 minutes on slow flame

Bhindi masala is ready to serve

Knead a dough with water,roll a Chapati roast it on tawa apply ghee and serve it

Serve garma garam palak paneer Bhindi masala add Chapati and enjoy Lunch ❤️☺️☺️
