  • Cooked beans
  • Spinach
  • Palm oil
  • Pepper
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Seasoning
  • Spices
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel potatoes, dice and wash thoroughly.

  2. 2

    Wash vegetables and blend. Wash spinach and slice it.

  3. 3

    In a pot add Palm oil and fry the paste.

  4. 4

    Add diced potatoes and cooked beans then pour water that will cook the porridge.

  5. 5

    When its done add spinach and serve.

  6. 6

    Add seasoning and spices.
