Firstly boil potato & roughly mash it further blend tomatoes to purée & take a Kadhai add oil crackle cumin seeds and add ginger garlic paste sauté for a minute & pop the tomatoes purée cook until raw smell disappears meanwhile add all spices then add mashed potatoes & mix it cook for another 2 minutes & add boiled chickpeas (chole) add 1/2 cup water & cook.

Once everything in infused well cook till the water is soaked in chole and oil separates.garnish with coriander leaves & drizzle lemon juice & enjoy.
