First cut the chillies in the round peices.

Now boil the the peices of chillies. Drain the water

Now take an airtight jar and fill 1/2 cup vinegar to it now add 1/2 tsp salt and some pods of garlic in the jar. Add the boiled chillies in the jar.

Allow the jalapeños to pickle at least for 4-5 days and after that it's ready to use.

Put it refrigerator and it can be stored upto 3-4 months. You can use it in pasta pizza salads burger and subways and many more
