It is Cabbage 🥬 Omelette which can be served as whole or can be punched in between toasted bread. A definitely great accompaniment for lunch spread.

Ingredients

10 - 15 minutes
2 servings
  1. 2 cupsfinely shredded cabbage (200 gram)
  2. 2eggs,
  3. 2 tbspmilk
  4. 1medium size onion,
  5. 1-2green chilli,
  6. as required finely chop coriander
  7. as per taste Salt
  8. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder,
  9. 2 tbspoil / butter as required

Cooking Instructions

    Finely slice onion and finely chop green chilli, assemble all ingredients.

    In pan add 1 tbsp oil, add onion slices and sauté till they turn pinkish, add green chilli also.

    Then add cabbage, add little salt, slight haldi, and sauté for 8 - 10 minutes till they turn soft and shrinks.

    Add finely chopped coriander, mix well and fry for 1-2 minutes, by now cabbage is cooked properly. Let it cool a bit.

    Break eggs in a bowl, add salt, pepper powder, milk and whisk nicely.

    Now add cabbage mixture into egg bowl and mix well.

    In pan add oil / butter, pour the mixture, spread evenly around the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes under low flame by covering.

    Then flip it with the help of a plate and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes by covering with lid.

    After that, transfer it to a plate and let it cool for few minutes.

  10. 10

    Cut into pieces and it is ready to serve.
