Cooking Instructions

Add 1 spoon salt in water and dip chicken 30 minutes

Now cut onions and tomatoes.Fry onions and add Ginger Garlic paste when onion become light golden.

Add tomatoes and cook on medium flame.

Cook well.

Take new pan add 3 large spoon oil start fry chicken.

Add Ginger Garlic paste.

Cook on medium flame until chicken tender.

Take yogurt add zeera powder coriander crush dhania n add dry Qasoori methi.

Cook on slow flame.

Add green chillies

Add tomatoes and onions gravy in chicken.

When chicken is tender karahi is ready.

Taste if you want add more chillies and not add salt because we dip chicken in salty water.

Serve with Naan.
