  • 2.2 lbslamb chops
  • 2.2 lbspotatoes
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Frying oil

Steps

About 30 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes to make fries.

  2. 2

    Cook the potatoes in hot oil. You can salt them before or after cooking.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile, heat a non-stick pan and cook the lamb chops for 3 minutes on each side over high heat.

  4. 4

    Serve the dish hot.
