4shrimps, Peeled, cut back to remove the black vein
2squids, cut
150 gsalmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
6clams
70 gCurry paste
1/2 cupfresh milk
2eggs
Sweet basil

Steps

1

Put shrimps, squids, salmon and clams into the bowl. Add curry paste, eggs and fresh milk. Stir to mix it well. Add sweet basil, scoop it into the foil cup. Steam it approx 20 minutes or until cook. Ready to serve. Let’s enjoy.
