I made this refreshing soup easily with what I had in the fridge.

Tear the lettuce into easy to eat sizes. Thinly slice the onion along the grain. Slice the sausages into rounds.

Put the sausages and the ingredients marked ● in a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Put the lettuce in the serving bowls.
- 4
Add the onion to the saucepan, let it cook through briefly, then pour it into the bowls of Step 3 to finish.
