In a clean bowl mix all dry ingredients, then slowly add your warm water to make into a semi thick batter

Cover the mixture, and allow to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour

Bring out batter and slightly beat down, while oil is heating. Fry in hot oil, by scooping batter with your hand and widening it with your palm to make a ring hole in the middle

Fry till golden brown and damp excess oil with a paper towel. Serve with vegetable soup or pepper soup. I served mine with lamb pepper soup.
