200 gSpaghetti
1Onion
1tinned tuna
1 clovegarlic
Sesame oil
2 tsp.Dashi (powder soup stock)
2 tbsp.Sake
2 tbsp.Mirin(rice wine)
2 tbsp.Soy sauce
Black pepper

Steps

Mix dashi, Sake, Mirin and soy sauce.

Boil the spaghetti to your liking.

Slice onion, and mince garlic.

Heat frying pan, and put sesame oil and garlic.
After smelling garlic, put onion and Tuna.
Fry well and put mixed sauce.

Boil spaghetti and put into frying pan.
Sprinkle pepper.
