Ingredients

2 cupsbasmati rice
Pepper mix (8 bell pepper and 8 scotch bonnet pepper)
6seasoning cubes
2 cupsbeef stock
2large onions
1 bunchparsley
2green pepper

2 tbsthyme

Steps

In a pot add oil and onions fry until its translucent

Add the pepper mix and fry till d water dried out

Add seasoning cubes stir and allow d maggi to absorb d flavour

Add the beef stock I added bayleaf and thyme wen boiling d meat allow it to boil

Now add the washed rice note dat I did not parboiled d rice and stir allow to cook till its tender

Finally add chopped carrots, green pepper and chopped parsley allow to simmer for 2 mins
