Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. 80 gflour
  3. 80 gsugar
  4. 30 gbutter
  5. 20 gmilk
  6. 20 ghoney

    Whip eggs in a bowl. Add sugar in it and whip them.

    Put milk and butter in a small pan and heat it. When mutter is melted, add honey in it.

    Whip eggs with a for 3-4 minutes until the eggs fall off the whisk in a thick ribbon.

    Add flour in a bowl and mix it.

    Add butter in a bowl and mix it.

    Preheat the oven at 170C. Put the mixture in a cake pan and bake it in the oven at 170C for 30 minutes.

    Let the sponge cake cool for an hour.

    Cut the cake into 2 pieces.

    Whisk whip cream in a bowl. Cut strawberries. And paste whip cream on the surface of the cake.

    Put strawberries on the cake.

    Put the other hard of the cake on the cake. Paste whip cream on the top of the cake and decorate strawberries on it.
