Season skin side salmon with salt and pepper

Bring a nonstick saucepan, turn on medium heat. Start with skin-side down. Cook for 5-6 min then flip to the other side and cook for another 2 min. Transfer to a plate.

In the same saucepan, use low-medium heat. Add garlic. Cook for 1-2 min until it turns golden-brown. Set aside.

In the same saucepan, use medium heat. Add eryngii mushroom. Cook until tender and brown. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, add fried garlic and stir well. Transfer to a plate.

Serve with fresh vegetables and salad dressing of your choice.
