Ingredients

40-55 minutes
2 cups chopped rhubarb
  1. 1 cupsliced strawberries
  2. 1/3 cupsugar
  3. 2This chia seeds
  4. 1/2 cupsugar
  5. 1/2 cupmelted butter
  6. 1/2 cupsugar
  7. 1/4 tspnutmeg
  8. 2 cupsoatmeal, blended into coarse flour
  9. 1egg
  10. 1 tspvanilla
  11. 1 cupplant based milk
  12. 1/2 cupplant based yogurt

Cooking Instructions

40-55 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Grease 9x13 baking dish

  3. 3

    In pan, evenly distribute all fruit, top with sugar and chia seeds

  4. 4

    In bowl blend butter, sugar, vanilla, egg. Mix until fluffy

  5. 5

    Add flour, nutmeg and powder

  6. 6

    Mix until blended

  7. 7

    Pour batter over fruit mix

  8. 8

    Bake in oven 40-45 minutes
